I recently made a dish for Mamiverse inspired by one of my favorite childhood dinners—Milanesa steak. On top of being tasty, it’s super easy, cheap, and fast, so really what’s not to like?
I paired it with a warm quinoa salad. My veggie friends have an option here too. By preparing the quinoa with veggie stock or water, this can easily be a vegetarian entrée.
