Just another a quickie update–my latest 8 & $20 is up this week at WineSpectator.com. This week it's an easy take on a comfort food classic: Chicken and Spinach Lasagna Rolls! Making the lasagna as rolls makes them very easy to portion out and serve.
I have to admit that I didn't remake them for a leftover makeover–we enjoyed them as they were. However, I would recommend adding more sauce when you reheat them to keep them from drying out.
