Last week I had the very great pleasure of attending an amazing demo at FCI with renowned pastry chef and chocolatier, Jacques Torres. The Chef was incredibly charming as he spoke about his years in the business and his love of baking. The depth of his expertise is amazing and his cheery personality made him really fun to listen to. The many baked goods we got to sample just made the demo that much sweeter.
