Summer 8 & $20: Seared Scallops With Creamy Cheddar-Jalapeño Corn


Another of my 8 & $20’s went up on Wine Spectator this week. This one is a favorite at our place: Seared Scallops With Creamy Cheddar-Jalapeño Corn. The corn has the decadence factor of a bowl of mac and cheese.  Your efforts will be rewarded.
