It's time for another 8 & $20--Up now at WineSpectator.com you'll find my recipe for Lamb Kebabs with Israeli Couscous Salad.

If you're looking for something easy, but delicious to cook for Labor Day weekend, these easy kebabs have got you covered.

The flavor for the base for the Israeli Couscous Salad is Ajvar--a Serbian roasted red pepper spread.
You'll find this pretty easily in the ethnic food section of most grocery stores, or if you have a Trader Joe's nearby, you'll find it under the name of "Roasted Red Pepper Spread."

Once you start playing with this spread, I'm sure you'll find a million other uses for it. It's great on sandwiches, and for a quick mini-meal or snack, I like to use it to make a twist on English Muffin Pizzas with goat cheese or feta.

Have a fabulous Labor Day Weekend!
